Then put the items in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is used to ensure hygiene. For more information on cleaning, please refer to the appropriate section.For the first use, but even after prolonged use, the ventilation hole (in the raised bubble at the bottom of the suction cup) can stick. This does not allow air to enter the bottle during feeding and the teat contracts. Gently slide several times with your thumb or finger over the bubble (ventilation) to open the slot again.CleaningDisassemble the product into all items before each use and clean it in warm soapy water. For hygiene reasons, rinse thoroughly with clean water before sterilising. Do not use cleaning agents containing harmful ingredients such as alcohol, chlorine and/or microplastics. Do not leave the parts in a cleaning solution longer than recommended, which may affect the operation of the product.Before each use, check all items in the bottle and pull the dummy in all directions. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
